Opening Registration:
Registration procedure will be possible starting from Sunday July 3rd at h. 15.00 onwards.
Instructions for speakers:
Speakers are required to deliver their Power Point files with a USB pendrive to the slide centre (Floor C in front of the Registration Desks) a day before their scheduled talks.
Please check your presentation on the available PC.
The default system for presentations supports Microsoft WINDOWS (not MAC) platforms for the latest versions of Powerpoint® slides.
If your presentation includes any video the required file type is .avi
Technicians will transfer the file directly on the computer iin the designated lecture room.
Instructions for poster presentation:
The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 90 cm (35.4") width x 110 cm (43") height.
Presenting authors are asked to be in attendance at their posters for the designated Poster Sessions. Posters will be numbered as indicated in the Booklet Programme and a corresponding numbered poster board will be available for attaching your presentation at the appropriate time in the display area. Please note that the display time of the posters will be divided in two groups during the Congress, as determined by the number assigned to your presentation.
Poster Session I (authors present Monday, July 4th, 14:30 to 16:00) includes posters with numbers from 1 to 190 (included), which can be mounted starting from Sunday July 3rd after registration and displayed until Tuesday July 5th at 9:00. Posters must be removed within this time. Any remaining posters will be removed by the organizers and discarded.
Poster Session II (authors present Tuesday, July 5th , 14:30 to 16:00) includes posters with numbers greater than 190, which can be mounted starting from Tuesday July 5th at 10:40 and displayed until Thursday July, 7th .
Internet wi-fi:
Free internet connection points (with computers) are provided in the Congress Hall area. Please limit your access time to allow everybody to use them. In the Hotel Hilton there is wireless Internet access available for a cost: search for Swisscom Wi-Fi access point or ask at the Hotel Reception desk to obtain information. Additional stations are available for a cost at the Business Centre in front of the Hotel hilton reception desk and the Bar.
Social Events
Sunday 3rd at 20.30 Get-together Reception will be offered for all participants and accompanying persons at the panoramic Restaurant S.Antonio of the Hilton Sorrento Palace.
Thursday 7th at 20.30 Social Dinner will be held at the Hilton Sorrento Palace in the typical garden L'Agrumeto.
