For the rest, all those who pay the reduced registration fee, believing that they belong to a category entitled, however, must simultaneously send the appropriate documentation at the following address: info@iccecrice2012.org
Fees include Congress materials and abstract book, admission to the scientific sessions, admission to poster area and exhibition, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks and lunches.
Teachers Daily Attendance includes Congress materials and abstract book, admission to the scientific sessions for 1 day, admission to poster area and exhibition, coffee breaks for the day, 1 lunch.
Cancellation
In case you need to cancel your Registration you can send an e-mail to the Organizing Secretariat (info@iccecrice2012.org ) or a fax +390818770258
- Before May 31st 2012 no penalty due
- From June 1st to June 15th 2012 you will be refunded of 50% of the Registration fee paid
- After June 15th 2012 no refund will be possible
Please note that any refund will be done after the Conference.
